Admission criteria are based on the application, interview, and letters of recommendation.
1) Previous academic performance and analytical skill, including GMAT score and course work;
2) Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills, a drive to succeed, and a successful record of accomplishment;
3) Convey career plans and connect experiences to aspirations.
Executive program
Requirements for EMBA admission: professional experience and potential, previous academic performance, masters-level academic ability, English language proficiency. Admissions process includes an application, two professional references, letter of self-nomination, resume, college transcripts, and successful interview. Candidates are viewed by their organizations as valued individuals.
Part-time program
The Admissions Committee assesses application materials as well as feedback from additional interactions. Generally a potential student is assessed in three areas:
1) Previous academic performance and analytical skill, including GMAT score and course work;
2) Demonstrated leadership skills and successful record of accomplishment;
3) Career goals and objectives.

Full-time program
One-year MBA program (August to July): 27 core course credits, 21 elective course credits, minimum 3.0 GPA, five years work experience. Students must handle the rigors of an accelerated program. Full-time two-year MBA program requires 27 core course credits, 30 elective course credits, minimum 3.0 GPA, three years work experience. The program is grounded in experience-based learning.
Executive program
The Executive MBA curriculum is comprehensive, rigorous and balanced between leadership, strategy and analytical courses. Its focus is to give students the skills they need to advance their careers. Three Executive Forums in Europe, South America and North America infuse a global perspective throughout the program.
Part-time program
Part-time program: 52.5 credits (31.5 core course credits, 21 elective course credits. Designed for the working professional, offers students flexibility to tailor the program to their individual professional needs. Part-time students earn an MBA in an average of three years by taking six credits per term. This is a year-round program with classes offered on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
